This Privacy Policy explains how 3DVault collects, uses, and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector ("Law 25").
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the files you upload for printing. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to create your account, process and fulfill orders, communicate with you about your orders, and improve our service.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart and language preference. With your consent, we may also use analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
4. Sharing your information
We share information with service providers strictly to operate our service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (file storage), and Neon (database hosting). We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and as required to comply with our legal and tax obligations. Uploaded files are deleted after a limited retention period once an order is fulfilled.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies at any time, by contacting us at support@3dvault.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
