3DVault

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 3DVault's website and services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

3DVault is a self-service 3D printing platform. You upload a 3D model file, configure print options, and we manufacture and ship the resulting physical part to you.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Uploaded files and intellectual property

You retain ownership of any file you upload. You confirm that you own the rights to the model, or have permission to print it, and that it doesn't infringe on any third party's rights. We may refuse to print any file at our discretion.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are calculated automatically based on your file and print options. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

5. Production and shipping

We aim to start production shortly after payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 3DVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@3dvault.ca.
